The Church of St Peter and St Paul, Barnby Dun
We’re a church that is passionate about Jesus and the best way to get a feel for things is to come to one of our Sunday services
We meet together every Sunday at 09:15am for a relaxed and informal service. Each service has a focus on learning more about the God of the Bible, His Son Jesus Christ and how his word is still so relevant and life-changing in a 21st Century world.
Each service caters for all ages and all the family. We all meet together for the first 15-minutes then children go to their groups whilst the adults have a talk based on the day’s Bible reading. Our music group and organist lead us in some traditional hymns and more modern songs.
Our service usually lasts 1hr15-mins with a chance for a cup of tea and coffee afterwards!
Our Vicar: Rev'd Tom Brown
Tom has been the vicar here since the summer of 2021!
He moved to South Yorkshire in 2009 and quickly found a home here. He spent 6-years working for a company in Sheffield before moving to re-train at Oak Hill Theological College and returning to serve as Curate at St Thomas’ Church in Kilnhurst.
Tom loves people, sport, having fun and telling people about Jesus. He’s married to the lovely Claire, and they have two little girls aged 4 and 2.
You can contact him on 01302 882861 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
